troubleshooting

Hello! If i am parked in a garage where there is no wifi or LTE and say the car is hit by another car or vandalized, will the ring car cam still record the motion/event and then provide it to me once my car exits the garage and gets into wifi or LTE signal reception? Thanks in advance!

Hi @jiveturkey2. With the Ring Protect Go plan, the Ring Car Cam can record while offline and store the footage locally on the Car Cam. Once in WiFi or LTE range, the footage will upload to the cloud. I hope this helps.
