Ring camera & stick up camera view changed
I have shared the devices on our system with wife and she has been able to view cameras and check motion events etc. until yesterday? Now it just lists the events and she has to drill into them. The photo I added was from my phone. Why did it change all of a sudden?

@Stevedawn Thank you for sharing! That screenshot is the Event History screen, which only shows past events. You can follow the steps in this Help Center Article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/208144516-Using-Live-View) to see how to access the Live View directly, which is different from the Event History. I hope that helps clear things up. :)

Hi @Stevedawn. Can you please share a screenshot of what she sees on her end when she tries to access the Live View? In the screenshot you shared, you would just need to tap on the screen to start the Live View.
