Ring Camera Not Staying Connected to tv using the alexa app
My ring account has the 24 hour continuous recording. When I display it on my tv using the Alexa app it shows the picture for a couple minutes, then I get the message 'waiting for ring.com' for maybe 5 seconds, and then the display drops and the normal tv home screen on my firestick displays. Ring support says it's an Alexa problem and Amazon support is sure it's a Ring problem. I'm stumped.

Another followup. I just displayed the ring camera on my Echo show and the same thing happened, after about 10 minutes I got the message 'waiting for ring.com' and then the display dropped off.

After more playing around with it I discovered that you have to turn on the '24/7 recording' for each camera. I did this and the picture stayed on the tv for a longer period of time but then I got the messages 'buffering' and then 'waiting for ring.com', then the camera picture dropped. I checked the camera feed on my phone and it hadn't stopped recording that I could tell. It looks like the buffering takes so long that the tv thinks the camera picture feed is gone for good and switches back to the tv home screen. So what do I do now?
