Ring camera in the Philippines no longer work for new cameras

I have installed 3 ring cameras in the Philippines last January 2023. It work fine until now. I bought 3 more from Costco last December 2024. This month of February 2025, I brought this camera with me to install and add to my existing ring cameras in same location, same account. This time, the 3 new camers no longer work. I called ring and they said they do not support this region. The cameras do not connect to the wifi while the other 3 old cameras works fine. I am disappointed and will try to return the new ring cameras to Costco when I return to the states. I hope they will still accept the return after 2 months since I bought it online.
