Refurb camera from Amazon

Bought a refurbished Ring Cam Plus from Amazon in June. It hasn’t held an internet connection for more than an hour. It’s located 50 feet from router, closer than our 4 other cameras that were bought new. We’ve reset more than a dozen times. Even took it down and moved it closer to the router but still loses its connection.  Guess we learned our lesson not to buy “certified” refurbished from Amazon because now it’s a door stop. Complete waste of money since it’s past the return window.
