Power adapter for spotlight cam won't connect to camera

I just purchased a spotlight cam and solar panel from Woot. The included USB-C to barrel plug adapter does not fit into the power port on the camera -- it goes in partially but won't go all the way. The camera identifies in the device details as "Spotlight Cam Battery." I don't know if this is just the wrong adapter or if there's a physical problem with the power port on the camera. Anyone know if there are different size adapters for different models of spotlight cams? There is no USB-C port on the camera, sadly. Thanks.
