Poor support from Ring?

I’m trying to get in contact with someone to set up service on devices that already exist at a house I just moved into, but am having a terrible time actually finding a live person to whom to talk to get help. Is this others’ experience as well? Is there a better camera system with better customer support you all could suggest instead?
