Poor Installation Instructions

I purchased a Ring Security Cam Mount. It came with a minute installation guide booklet. It shows the mounting of the round terminal block and the connection of the cam to the mains (240v) circuit using the supplied screws. The diagram clearly shows that the mounting plate has 4 screw holes but the diagram shows only 3 screws in the installation kit. Has anyone else who bought the security cam mount version had the same problem? I have just found another problem. I was unable to upload a jpeg image without an "optional tag". None of the optional tags are relevant to my problem so I chose one to get access to the help forum. Someone needs to fix this!
