Please help! Notifications are intermittent

Hi my notifications for the CCTV battery are very intermittent, I have shared the CCTV and that person is getting regular notifications we both have the same android mobile I have cleared data and ensured notifications is switched on both mobile and app which it is, and occasionally I get notifications but I don't get all of them unlike my shared contact who has all alerts. I have also checked the apps which may conflict with the ring app and I don't have any of those. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the ring app it work for the first hour but it's now intermittent again. Please help!
