Outdoor spotlight mount camera making clicking noise
I just bought and installed two hardwired outdoor spot light cameras. One of the camera is making a clicking noise every so often. I have gone into the settings turned off the Color Night Vision, and that did not help. How do I go about getting this fixed?

Hi Tom, I saw your response which probably explains the clicking noise we see every morning just as the sun comes up. However, now we’re getting this notice about 5 times every morning! Is there a way to keep the infrared filter activating from setting off the door notification? (The video has a Halloween dummy in front of the house, FYI) (upload://eSDaAkfkUZpwyeNz9tiPGuOylKc.mp4)

Hi @rscott1015. Typically, the clicking noise is from the infrared filter activating. This can happen in low light/darkness or when motion is detected. Are you noticing this at a specific time of day?
