No notifications on stick up cam since firmware upgrade

I’ve stopped receiving any notifications for both my stick up camera since I’ve updated the firmware from battery to wired. They don’t work on any device I have ring installed and they both have notifications turned on! I’ve tried everything from turning off/on deleting/installing app but nothing seems to work. Has anyone got any ideas what to do next? All my other notifications work fine for all my other types of cameras and doorbell.
