No night vision on my floodlight
troubleshooting

I saw a thread on here about night vision not working. I tried everything that was recommended rebooting, shutoff power, tapping on it, reinstalled and it still does not work. The red I/r lights are on everything works but you can’t see anything in the dark until the motion turns on the lights. Everything was working fine but now it doesn’t. What can I do?

Here are a few more things you can try: adp workforce now Check IR Lights: Ensure the IR lights are functioning properly. You should see a faint red glow when the lights are on. Clean the Lens: Make sure there are no obstructions like dirt or spiderwebs on the lens. Reposition the Camera: Ensure the camera isn't facing direct light sources that could interfere with night vision.
