No audio playback in the ring app

why does my ring stick up camera app have audio in the live mode, but not the history mode? I believe it used to have audio in the app before. Not only this, but I can get the audio from logging into the web account. is there somewhere where the app has disabled audio in history videos?

Hi @drb23458. Make sure the volume is not turned off on your phone when you're viewing a video in the Ring app. If your phone is on silent mode or the volume slider is turned all the way down, you will not hear audio while watching a video.
