Newly installed floodlight cam wired plus does not send motion alerts

The Floodlight Cam Wired Plus device was purchased 22 months ago. Installed a couple days ago (13SEP2024) and it does not send motion alerts or recorded video. I know the motion sensor function works because the floodlights turn on when there is motion. The installation seemed routine, software upgraded when the device was installed, app functions appear normal.

    Hi @user_2789f2. Make sure your Motion Settings are set up correctly. I also recommend rebooting your Camera using the Ring app. If you have tried these steps and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call for further assistance.
