Hi team I have a ring 2 door bell and just bought 2 stick up battery cams From Wellers auction Surrey and I’ve tried to set up and they are still registered in the previous customer from Costco whom has returned them to store They have been sold to me via the auction this week. I have invoice copy and proof of ownership therefore can you have them reset so I can use them Thanks Alex
