Moving house - connecting to existing system

troubleshooting
We are moving house at the end of the week and the new house has hard wired security cameras and ring doorbell etc they will be deactivated by the current owner. On moving day we will have new broadband installed and have an existing ring account … how do I connect to the existing cameras ? They are very high up so access will be an issue if I have to physically get close to them ? Thanks Marc

Hi @HertsGT8. As @SolarEclipse mentioned, you will need to be able to physically access the Ring devices in order to follow the set up flow in the Ring app. You will be asked to scan the QR code that is located on the back of the device and you will need to put the device into setup mode by accessing the setup mode on the device itself. We have setup and installation information for Security Cameras [here](https://community.ring.com/t/setup-and-installation-steps-for-your-ring-cameras/118053) and Video Doorbells [here](https://community.ring.com/t/setup-and-install-guide-for-ring-video-doorbells/118748) that you can reference. I hope this helps! :)
