My camera has the max frequency, sensitivity, and length set and snapshot capture every 14 minutes. I just looked at what happened in the last hour. It moves through the snapshots and in one 14 minute interval the cat food bowl I am trying to watch moves one foot over. No recording happened at all. Nothing in the stream or history. I wanted to see if we had a raccoon visiting.

Have you tried just walking by that area to be sure everything is working properly and will trigger motion recording?
