Having issue with motion detection on new spotlight camera. I have doorbell already so aware of motion zones as well as using app for sensitivity, etc. I am trying to place camera on porch 10’ x 22’ and I put camera in middle of porch on wall, not picking up both sides of porch and it’s only 11’. Is this too far? Seems like it should work. Any ideas? Help? Thanks

Hi @user45828. There isn't an exact range of where the Camera will or will not pick up motion, as there are several different variables that affect motion detection. How high is the Spotlight Cam installed? Feel free to also share a screenshot of the view from the Camera, which can help with making suggestions on what to change. Make sure to block out any personally identifying information if you do share a screenshot.
