Mom has her own camera I want to give access to mine too

My mom already has her own ring account and devices. I want to give her access to one of my cameras. I sent an invite to the email she used to make her account with but it keeps telling her to make an account even though she already has one. What is the problem? PS I do not the directions to add shared user I already did that

Hi @user81476. From what I can gather, it sounds like the email you are using is incorrect. I would double check the correct email for your moms account and verify the spelling is correct. Also, try deleting all Shared User emails/invites before attempting the Shared User process again.
