Modes & Settings, GONE!?

I'm able to go to individual cameras and I see the moods option available individually. But on my dashboard modes is not available to access, nor on the 3- menu in the top left, does it have settings available? This is driving me crazy as I cannot access or utilize modes. Help! I posted this yesterday but I think I posted it in the wrong section and I couldn't find it after I posted it so I apologize in advance {exclamation-point}
