Microphone not accessible on phone

I have the Ring app loaded on my iPhone and iPad. The microphone for 2-way talk shows up on both devices but the iPhone microphone has a line through it and cannot be pushed/won’t let you use the 2-way talk. Has anyone else experienced this, and how can I fix it? I’ve looked all through the settings but don’t see anything.

Have you tried completely resetting the camera using the button? Do you have the latest Ring and iOS app? You can also try actually logging out of the Ring app, maybe turn off the phone, restart phone, relog back into Ring app and try again. Report back and good luck!
