Massive flicker under fluorescent lights

I put up my ring stick up security cam and it has a horrible flickering picture where the fluorescent lights are. Is there a way to adjust the shutter speed on the camera or any other way to fix this? I have had many cams of other brands and none have ever done this. Will have to go back if it can't be adjusted. Thanks
