Lost QR Code

We just moved to a house and they already have a ring flood light set up- when we went to go scan the QR code on the back it wasn’t there. We also don’t have the box it is in. Any ideas on how we can get this set up?

Hi @user_3623ac. You'll need to be able to access either the QR code or the barcode on the back of the Floodlight Cam to set it up under your account. If you don't see either of those, please reach out to our support team to see what other options may be available.
