Hi @mrdrws! As you are getting the notifications, this at least confirms the communication is making it to your mobile device. To ensure your Ring app is up to date and optimally integrated, please remove and reinstall the Ring app on your mobile device. The next best step will be to visit the Ring app, open the Menu, select the desired Device, and check its Device Settings and Alert Settings. There will also be a Notification Preferences option under the Device Settings menu for each Doorbell/ Camera. Besides the Ring app, it's always good to check your mobile device settings such as silent mode, and ensure bluetooth is disabled to see if this helps. Feel free to let us know how this goes! :)
