Lights won't come on with motion

The lights on my floodlight cam will turn on manually, but they stopped coming on during motion. I checked the settings and confirmed they are correct. It's a hard wired unit so I powered it down a few times but that does not solve the issue. Help please. The unit is about 4 months old.
