Issues with solar charging
I recently purchased a new camera to replace an existing because it was going "offline" every couple of days. When I plugged the new camera into the solar panel it shows connected to the solar (sun above battery) but not charging. I called support. Initially suggested I buy a new solar panel, which I did. So now I have a new camera and a new solar panel. I am still getting the same issue... it is not charging. Ring replaced my camera (thinking it was an issue with the replacement camera). I installed the new camera yesterday and still have the same problem. Below is a screenshot of the new camera. It is currently at 71% charge. Solar panel facing east, full morning/afternoon sun. Bright sunny day yesterday and today. Second screenshot of "Backyard" shows what I expect to see with the lighting bolt in the battery. I have three other solar panels, none are having this issue. Just curious if anyone else had had this problem. I have no clue what to do next. I have uninstalled/reinstalled the camera and unplugged and re-plugged the solar panel.
