Issue with volume on live view and videos

Very weird issue going on and don't know why it is happening. It seems when the night vision kicks in (which you can tell because there is an audible "click" noise and the picture quality changes), the volume automatically decreases to the point where it is very hard to hear. The audio issue exists during live view as well on video recordings.I have the Stick up cam elite POE and it is connected via POE using the provided power adaptor. I only just purchased this from the ring website in November. I have tried resetting it but no luck. I had an indoor cam 2nd gen before (which I replaced with the elite to avoid WiFi issues) and the indoor cam never had audio issues even when night vision was activated.Any ideas? Do I have a lemon?
