Indoor cam 2nd Gen Night vision pic quality

New setup. Camera is fine in daylight and ok with lowlight. I need to see clearly in the dark with this camera as it is for my toddler son so we can keep an eye on him. The picture is ridiculously bad. It’s just a swarm of pixels with a slight outline of the subjects but not enough to see anything with any clarity.

Hi @user_3fb8ba. When it's dark enough in the room, the Indoor Cam's night vision should trigger, allowing you to see more clearly. If there are any reflective surfaces or walls close to the Indoor Cam's view, these might reflect the light from the night vision, negatively impacting the quality. Feel free to share either a screenshot or video example of the poor video quality, and I can check if it's a positioning issue, or if our support team should take a closer look.
