I was gifted a stick up cam

Question

So I work in audio video and security and the client I have has gifted me a stick up cam, unfortunately he told me that it was the previous home owners and I have yet to be able to get in contact with them to have them release the device to me.. I do not have a way to contact them please help me ring.
