How do I get an email notification when my security camera detects someone?

I want to receive an email whenever any of my ring security cameras detects someone. How is that done? I don't have a Ring Security system which is possibly why my Ring App (v3.53.1) on my Android Phone doesn't seem to have this setting. I also have a Protect Plan but using a desktop browser to access my account there is a similar lack of a setting for sending email alerts. Please explain
