Floodlights not connecting new router
We got a new router. Our stick up cam & doorbell linked up instantly. We have tried everything but our 2 floodlights will not hook up to the wifi. We haven’t changed the location of anything.

Hi @Mom4boca. Since you are unable to get them to connect, it may be best to contact our support team for further guidance. Please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406). We’re taking additional steps to protect our team and help reduce the spread of COVID-19, so this has resulted in longer than normal wait times. If you are outside of the US, please read our response to COVID-19 [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360041597471) to see how to contact support.

Hi @Mom4boca. Try removing power to the Floodlight Cam for 3 minutes, then powering it back up. Once that is complete, press and hold the setup button on the Floodlight Cam for 20 seconds. This will cause the Floodlight Cam to reboot. After it has finished the reboot, you can [reconnect](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034825092-How-to-Reconnect-Your-Ring-Device-to-Wifi-or-Change-Your-Wifi-Network) it to wifi. I hope this helps!
