Floodlight not turning on with set time
I have multiple Ring devices and thought it would be a nice gift for my Dad. I installed a floodlight for him at Christmas. Everything works fine but it will not turn the light on at the set time. I enter on at 5pm and off at 6am with it saved and activated. It never turns on at 5pm. He has to do it manually. Thoughts on how to fix this?
