Floodlight light toggle switch turns on by itself

We can toggle the light switch to off in the app. Within a few seconds, the lights come on. I can check the light toggle switch in the app and it will be back on. Thus the lights stay on all the time. any ideas? This just started within the last few days.

If the light switch is turning back on for your Floodlight Cam on its own, try the following steps: - Verify your Ring app and phone are up-to-date with updates. * Check that your Camera does not have a [Light Schedule](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360019494811-Using-Light-Scheduling-on-Your-Floodlight-Cam) set up. * [Reboot your Camera using the Ring app](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/7438395032980-How-to-Reboot-your-Ring-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera-from-the-Ring-App-). * Power cycle your Camera by shutting off the power to it for a minute and turning it back on.
