Floodlight is not turning on when motion is detected ( recording is working) l

I have two hardwired floodlight cameras. The floodlight stopped turning on when motion is detected. The recording still works. The lights do work if I turn them on. It happened to both devices.

Hi @user_f0779a. Does this happen during the day or at night? The lights should come on with motion at night, but not during the day. Make sure the Motion-Activated Lights toggle is turned on, and the Motion Zones for Lights are enabled. Both of these settings are located under Device Settings, Light Settings.
