Floodlight camera lens filling up with water, again!
I had a floodlight camera installed and within a couple of months the lens had condensation inside and it filled up with water and stopped filming. I contacted Ring and they replaced it. I had to pay an electrician to remove the old one and replace it with the new one. Plus I had to send the old one back. All very annoying! The new one was installed mid-March and within one month the lens is filling up again! The recording is deteriorating and will shortly be useless. I am furious! This is clearly a known fault but I don’t want to have to get yet another replacement, pay an electrician again, only for it to happen yet again. I don’t know what to do. Suggestions please? Thank you.
