Floodlight Cam making static noise

I got a floodlight camera about a week ago and the camera is making a loud static noise. I can hear it when I get close to the camera outside. The image and sound on the app looks fine, it just the static sound that I can hear when I get close to the camera and it gets really loud sometimes. Any idea on how to fix this?

Hi @Enniob. I would first try a reboot using the reboot option on the Device Health page in the Ring app. If that doesn’t work, try to power your Floodlight Cam off for about 3 minutes, then power it back on. This should clear up the audio. If this problem persists after this, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here.
