Floodlight cam - lights turn on, but no video

Hi, I am having an issue with the floodlight cam. I can see it on the app, set it up, and turn lights on/off and play the siren. But ,every time when I click on the live view, it just says "activating device" and times out. I don't see any video whatsoever. The signal on the device is good, states RSSI -59, firmware is up to date. What else could be going on? How can I fix this? I really want to use the floodlight camera as it was intended!

    Hi @gregford2006. I would suggest looking at this Community post [here](https://community.ring.com/t/live-view-not-activating-and-connecting-troubleshooting-tips/249). It contains some great tips and tricks for Live View. This Community post [here](https://community.ring.com/t/how-it-works-your-ring-device-rssi-good-vs-poor/229) also has information on RSSI, which plays a factor in being able to stream Live View. Also, try activating Live View on wifi only and cellular data only, to see if one works better than the other. I hope this information helps!
