Floodlight Cam: light, no video

One of our floodlight cams lights up often but there’s no accompanying video. It’s not that the video doesn’t work sometimes, but we notice it turning on in many situations where there’s no video. We can see the light from our bedroom at night and it just came on tonight twice within 5 minutes but no video saved. We have two other floodlight cams on our property that don’t do this and I can’t figure out if it’s a setting I have wrong or what. Thanks for any advice.
