Flood light cam pro issue
My husband just installed our Flood light cam pro a month ago. We noticed it was impossible to change the tone for alerts and motion detected, always playing “windchimes”, does not save any others.After 5 calls to customer support, nothing was done to help us, even worse they promised several times that they will contact us by email to fix it but nothing!We already tried to troubleshoot the cam probably 10 times but still the same.Ring App updated !! XXXX Iphone 13 pro max and samsung S22 updated! Device rebooted several times! Sign out / sign in from the app done several times! Both smart phones powered Off and On!We spent around $5K (two business location and home).Now we do feel completely abandoned !!They know how to take our money but they apparently don t know how to fix their devices …Really disappointed by ring…

Thank you for taking the time to try to help us on this concern.Indeed we received a mail from Ring two weeks ago saying that the problem should be resolved as soon as we install the very last updated version of the ring app.Unfortunately the issue is not solved !!Still the same problem.… !!Thank you
