False Notification and E-mail about Low Battery on Solar-Powered Camera

I received a disappointing notification this morning that my Spotlight Cam Plus was at 10% battery. Not long after, 5%. I also got an e-mail warning. I was upset because we just installed a solar panel last weekend and the batteries were staying above 90% last I had checked. Well, I logged in and sure enough, the batteries are above 90%. It's very difficult to access this camera and I am very much not liking this. What is going on? I can't believe I haven't found anyone else having this issue.

Factory reset your Camera by pressing and holding the setup button for 20–25 seconds, and then [reconnect it to your wifi](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034825092-How-to-Reconnect-Your-Video-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera-to-Wifi-or-Change-Your-Wifi-Network).
