Customer Support had access to view the live stream from my camera.

Hello - We had a camera quit on us last week so we called Customer Support today and they were able to verify it didn't power up and they are sending us a new one as it is still under warrenty. That's the good news. The bad news is that while on the call, and as a side note, she mentioned she could see my husband in one of our other indoor camera live streams. She did not ask us permission to view our live streams. According to your privacy FAQ's on your website, "We have strong policies and controls in place that restrict employee access to customers’ stored videos. Employees are not able to view, access, or control live streams." Clearly that is not an accurate statement and I am very concerned about that. That certainly makes me rethink using any indoor cameras.
