Hello all New here I have a number of ring devices namely 2 wired doorbells and a floodlight proMy wifi was compromised over the holidays and I need to change Ssid and passwordIs the only way to get ring devices to a new wifi to scan devicesMy doorbells I could probably get at easily enough but my floodlight pro is at eaves level on a 2 storey houseThis would mean me getting someone to go up and take off floodlight to get scan detailsThis seems crazy is there any other way to change my devices to a new wifiThanksMyles

Hi @Myles1957. This quick fix guide [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/4408533336468-Quick-Fix-Guide-) will have information on how to change your WiFi information. If you are unable to access the device, the same information is on the paper insert that came in the box with the device. I hope this helps.
