Condensation INSIDE lens of Floodcam
I sent an email to help@ring.com but was sent a reply email that they are only taking calls or community posts so here I am. I have condensation on the INSIDE of the lens of my floodcam. I've read through reddit and this forum for solutions but there are none.I am asking for a warranty exchange as this is not acceptable for the purpose of this camera.Please advise[Ring Video](https://ring.com/share/32415330-5ed9-4067-824b-0ac56c2d24a6)
