Color Night Vision Not Working

I just put a Stick Up Cam Plug In 3rd Generation in my garage. I have it on a pan and tilt mount so it’s got wired power. For some reason I’m not getting color night vision. I have it turned on and right now it’s dark outside and it’s still black and white. I’m wondering if I’ve got a defective camera or is there some other setting I’m missing? Here’s some screen shots showing the video settings. Color Night Vision is turned on and Infrared Lights for Night Vision is turned on as well.
