Chime become unresponsive

My chime gen2 has become unresponsive and I am unable to get it to reset. When powering on the blue light flashes once then nothing. Looking at my status in the ring app I can see its reporting as p1-73 and last health check was on 01/01/1970 1:00:00 which looks like it became confused or time server related

Hi @user_7e11ba. We have some troubleshooting steps for this error code here. I'd recommend plugging the Chime into a different power outlet, one that's closer to your wifi router. From there, attempt to reset it by holding down the reset button on the side for about 15 seconds. Once the Chime has been reset, attempt to walk through a new setup in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device. If the Chime is still unresponsive after trying these steps, please follow up with our support team to see what options are available.
