changing network on spotlight cam

We had our spotlight cam installed and found we needed a wifi extender in order for the camera to function. We installed the extender but now need to have the camera connected to the extended network. We keep getting prompts to push the button on the top of the camera to change the wifi network. The cam is about 10-12 feet up. Is there any way to connect to the new network without climbing up to the camera?
