Can’t reset floodlight. Floodlight offline

One of my ring floodlights has gone offline and I can’t reset it. The light is permanently on. I’ve tried pressing the button for 20 seconds. The WiFi works and other ring devices are connected.Nb i notice some moisture at the lens area when I was trying to reset it.
