Camera has disappeared from Ring app

I successfully installed my brothers Stick up camera and it was working fine for several days. Today it has completely disappeared with all the history. Do i have to install it all over again? There is no trace of it on the app.

Hi @user38882. I would check your Locations to see if you mistakenly duplicated the location and are on the wrong one, which is why you do not see your Camera. To do so, open the Ring app and tap on the location name that should be on the top part of your Dashboard. Check to see if you have duplicates of the location and go through them to see if you find the one that has the Camera.
