Suddenly today my wired floodlight cam view is a pink tone on about 3/4 of the viewing area. The last motion event was about 9 hours prior and normal.

    Hi @raknue2. There are a few troubleshooting steps you can try for discolored video. First, reboot your Floodlight Cam using the reboot option on the Device Health page in the Ring app. If that doesn't fix this, you can reset the camera by holding down the setup button on top of the camera for 20 seconds. Once the reset is done, complete a fresh setup in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device.
