Broken camera
Stick up battery camera that I bought in June has quit working properly , it says the battery is low and some features won’t work, battery is not dead , I have 3 batteries and a doorbell camera , they’re all charged and doorbell camera shows full battery for all 3

Hi @Kalenknight. I would suggest resetting your Stick Up Cam and reconnecting it to your wifi. You can reset it by pressing and holding the setup button for 20 seconds, then releasing. Once that is complete, [reconnect](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034825092-How-to-Reconnect-Your-Ring-Device-to-Wifi-or-Change-Your-Wifi-Network) it to wifi. This should allow your battery to reflect the correct percentage. I hope this helps.
